The Krankor Level of Excellence

Can you reach it? Do you have it in you?

Here’s an example of one of the rare individuals who has been so honoured:

Dan-Jakob, lead singer of the Scandanavian Death-Metal band, Corpsetickler. They do an awesome cover of “Wind Beneath My Wings.” The above album title translates to English as, “Burn the hoboes, for charity!’

Dan-Jakob looks like he grew up in Dartmouth in the 1970s/1980s, and just never got over it. Unlike our cool selves.

You know, you’re right. You could easily imagine Dan-Jakob running to flag down a Casino Taxi after stumbling out of the Hub at 2:30 on a Tuesday afternoon.

Are there any objective criteria to achieving the Krankor Level of Excellence? Some kind of scorecard? I want to get working on it.

You both make good points about Dan-Jakob’s Dartmouthian nature. Dan-Jakob’s style of clothing reminds me of a certain tenth grade history teacher… which ties up nicely with stumbling out of The Hub on a Tuesday afternoon.
