At first I thought he was just watching her hands as she talks, since a) she does talk with her hands a lot and b) he really has nothing to do or look at there, which is kind of uncomfortable.
But until footage surfaces of the anatomical feature in question, I guess we have to trust Mr. McCain’s judgement on that one.

She is beautiful, and I won’t fault John McCain a bit for glancing at … well, that sweet VP can.
He’ll be made an honorary Pig Brother for this!

The way she reacts to his attempts to hug and kiss her at the end is cringe inducing, though. The look on her face is pretty unimpressed.
